The Loft

The loft proper and mezzanine is a celebration space that is climate controlled and welcomes up to 150 guests. The reservation includes chairs and 6' rectangle or 72" round tables or a combination. There is ample space for special side tables, also included, for particular focus - cake, gifts, photos, etc.

It is equipped with audio and video systems, which includes two 85" TVs for slide show presentations, or whatever you can imagine. The bar is typically situated before a shelved area on the wall, suitable for bottle arrangement and easy access for the bartender, but can be relocated to another area of the loft. Edison string lights, pendant light fixtures, and chandeliers, each have individual controls and are dimmable. Create your own lighting. The rustic and dramatic staircase provides access to the mezzanine and offers unique photo opportunities. The mezzanine is nicely suited to a DJ or band.

Note: There is free wifi available. There is no smoking in the buildings but there are two smoking poles available on the grounds.
