One Day Package $4500
Includes the use of the Cow Barn loft, mezzanine, Odella Suite, The Milk House dressing room, grounds and parking. Venue can provide tables, white, ivory, and blue table cloths and seating for up to 150 guests. Special tables also available. If client declines to use the offered guest chairs, tables and table cloths, they may provide their own at their own expense and set-up shall also be their responsibility. A luxury restroom trailer is included with the reservation.

BUSINESS EVENTS AND PARTIES
Package A $175/hr
Includes the use of the Cow Barn Loft, Mezzanine, The Odella Suite, grounds, and parking and 2 hours set up time. Cow Barn will provide tables, table cloths, and seating for up to 50 guests. Choice side and special tables are also included.
Sun. - Thurs. 3 hour minimum.
Package B $500/hr
Includes the same provisions as Pkg. A, but for 50-150 guests and 2 hours complimentary set up time. This number of guests requires the addition of a luxury restroom trailer.

Additional Options
Special Ceremony Seating $750 Assorted vintage wooden chairs are always available. Tree stump and slab benches or straw bales are subject to availability.
Golf Car Shuttle Service $400 Includes driver on the day of the event for four hours.
Access to Our Full Decor Collection $500 Choose items from our vintage decor selection for your event.
Premier Cleaning Service $500 For this service we handle all the clean up for Odella Suite, Milkhouse, and Loft.
Spruce-up Cleaning Service $200 For 3 day event packages, add a spruce-up cleaning service for morning of event.
Early Set Up Time $100 Cow Barn made available one hour early at 9:00 am.
